No doubt if he spends some time in a new place , he can pick up enough of the local language to get along but in spite of a common background of religious beliefs and thought in general , he cannot come in intimate contact with the people around him because there is no common medium for the exchange of deeper thoughts .
   इसमें कोई संदेह नहीं कि यदि वे नयी जगह पर कुछ समय बिताते हैं तो स्थानीय भाषा का काम चलाऊ ज्ञान हो जाता है किंतु समान धार्मिक आस्थाओं तथा सामान्य विचारों की पृष्ठभूमि के होने हुए भी वे अपने आसपास के लोगों के घनिष्ठ संपर्क में नहीं आ पाते , क़्योंकि गहरे विचारों के आदान-प्रदान के लिए एक समान भाषा का माध्यम नहीं है .
